12d Model has an annual maintenance fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price of the software.
Most of the 12d Model maintenance money goes to the continuous development of the 12d Model software and so licences on maintenance have access to additional modules and options as part of the maintenance program. For customers not on maintenance, the upgrade fee is equal to the amount of maintenance not paid. Hence there is no cost advantage to not being on maintenance.
